Glow Paddle & Sauna Package, presented by Back2Nature Wellness and Adventure

Join us this September at Blackstrap Provincial Park for a relaxing evening glow stand-up paddle board experience followed by a trip in the sauna to relax all your worries. 

The glow paddle experience uses stand-up paddleboards with submersible lights attached to allow you a glowing experience at night on the water. 

No equipment is required. 

Previous stand-up paddleboarding experience is recommended, however your guide is a Paddle Canada Instructor and will provide instructions on paddling if you need it. 

Recommended age is 16+ 

Following your time on the water, enjoy the sauna experience. Everything is provided that you will need to create a comfortable, relaxing experience including: 

• Chairs for relaxing in after your sauna experience 

• Ponchos and blankets to keep you cozy warm when you are outside of the sauna 

• Water to keep you hydrated 

• An outdoor shower to cool you off in between sauna sessions
