Picnic shelters are reservable up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Changes to reservations within 48 hours of arrival must be made with the park.
Changes to dates or permit holder name made prior to 8:00 a.m. CST of arrival date will incur a $15 change fee.
Shortening or cancelling your reservation more than 14 days prior to 8:00 a.m. CST of arrival date will incur a $15 fee.
Shortening or cancelling your reservation 14 days or less prior to 8:00 a.m. CST of arrival date will incur a $30 fee.
You are considered a no-show if the picnic shelter is cancelled after 8:00 a.m. CST on arrival date. No-shows result in 100% of the total rental cost being forfeited.
Once checked-in at the park, all changes and cancellations must occur at the park.
