Sask Parks Apparel Return Policy
RETURNS FOR APPAREL PURCHASED ONLINE
At Sask Parks, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer return and exchanges.
Sask Parks has a 30-day return policy (for purchases made between December 25 to October 31), which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, which includes exchange or refund if applicable. Confirmation email or proof of purchase is required.

To account for the holiday season, apparel purchased online between November 1 and December 24, Sask Parks will extend the return policy to 90 days after receiving your item to request a return, which includes exchange or refund. Confirmation email or proof of purchase is required.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, and with all tags attached. Sask Parks reserves the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, damaged or altered in any way. Items purchased on sale will be refunded the equal value of the sale price. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

If your return is accepted, instructions will be provided on how and where to send your returned items. The cost of shipping returns is the responsibility of the customer. Items shipped back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items purchased online must be returned through the online process outlined above. Items purchased online cannot be returned directly to a provincial park.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact orders@saskamper.ca immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.
Online Exchanges
Once your return is received, exchanges will be processed and shipped back immediately if the new order is the same purchase price as the original order and stock is available.
If exchanged items are not equal to the original purchase price, we will refund the original purchase price. Once refunded, new items can be purchased online or at participating provincial parks.
Online Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
