Saskatchewan Provincial Parks eGift Cards Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to Saskatchewan Provincial Parks (“Sask Parks”) eGift Cards (“eGift Cards”) purchased and supplied by Aspira at parks.saskatchewan.ca (“Reservation Website”), via the Sask Parks Reservation Call Centre (“Call Centre), and in Saskatchewan provincial parks. Purchase or use of the Sask Parks eGift Cards constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Sask Parks reserves the right to interpret, modify, or terminate the Terms and Conditions without notice. The most recent Terms and Conditions will always be posted at parks.saskatchewan.ca.
Using Your eGift Card
- You are obligated to provide a correct email address for delivery of the Sask Parks eGift Card. By sending an eGift Card, you confirm that you have permission to send the eGift Card and reminders on your behalf to the provided email address.
- eGift Cards may only be redeemed towards the purchase of eligible goods and services offered on the Reservation Website, via the Call Centre and at Saskatchewan provincial parks, including campground reservations and walk-ins upon availability, park entry permits, and services operated solely by the Ministry of Parks, Culture and Sport. eGift Cards are not redeemable towards the purchase of goods and services offered by lessees operating in Saskatchewan provincial parks.
- Sask Parks eGift Cards do not expire and we do not charge any service fees for non-use.
- You can check your current balance or add more value to the eGift Card online at parks.saskatchewan.ca, by contacting the Call Centre, or in a Saskatchewan provincial park.
- Where an eGift Card does not completely cover the full purchase amount, an additional accepted payment method must be used to complete the purchase.
- If you paid for your Sask Parks transaction with two different payment methods, a refund will be issued on your second payment method first.
- For example, if you paid for your order using an eGift card and credit card, we will first refund you on the credit card. If the value of the refund exceeded the amount paid with the credit card, the rest will be refunded in the form of a Sask Parks eGift Card. The Sask Parks eGift Card will be sent to you by email after the refund is complete.
Limited Liability
- Sask Parks is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged eGift Cards or for any unauthorized card use.
- eGift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and any unused amount remains on the eGift Card. eGift Cards are fully transferable.
- No returns and no refunds of Sask Parks eGift Cards.
- eGift Cards cannot be resold or redeemed for more than face value.
- A Sask Parks eGift Card does not guarantee availability at any campsite.
