Saskatchewan Provincial Parks Reservation Service Terms of Use
The Saskatchewan Provincial Parks (“Sask Parks”) Reservation Service is an online reservation website administered by the Parks Division of the Ministry of Parks, Culture and Sport on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan. The service allows you to view, reserve, manage and purchase eligible goods and services at Saskatchewan provincial parks, including campground reservations and walk-ins upon availability, park entry permit, and services operated solely by the Ministry of Parks, Culture and Sport.
In providing information on the Reservation Service, every possible effort is made to keep the content accurate and current. However, we make no claims, guarantees or promises about the accuracy, currency, or completeness of the information provided and are not responsible for any errors or omissions, or for results obtained from the use of the information. We will make an effort to correct errors brought to our attention. Distribution of the information does not constitute any warranty. The user assumes the risk of verifying any materials used or relied on.
Privacy
The Sask Parks Reservation Service does not automatically gather personal information about you. We will only collect this type of information if you voluntarily supply it. If you provide us your personal information, it will only be used or disclosed for the purposes for which it was collected or, in limited circumstances, in accordance with The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
As you navigate the reservation service website, you may see links to external websites not owned or controlled by the Government of Saskatchewan, including social media platforms. Links to external websites do not imply any official Government of Saskatchewan endorsement of the opinions or ideas expressed therein, or guarantee the validity of the information provided. When visiting these external websites, you are subject to different privacy policies and terms of service of the respective external website. We strongly suggest that you read the site policies, including the privacy policies, for any external website that you visit through a link appearing on the Sask Parks Reservation Service.
We have implemented commercially reasonable precautions, including, where appropriate, password protection, encryption, and secure socket layering to protect the service and the information we collect from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Credit card information is collected through a secure connection to process payments and complete reservations in real-time. Your credit card number is not stored within the reservation service database.
You should take steps to protect against unauthorized access to your password, computer, and web-enabled devices, among other things, by signing off after using a shared computer, inserting a password on your web-enabled device, choosing a password that nobody else knows or can easily guess, keeping your password private, and periodically changing your password. You should never share your log-in information with others. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or compromised passwords, or for any activity on your account via unauthorized password activity.
Cookies
The Sask Parks Reservation Service uses cookies to keep your information secure and to see how our site is used and performs. Cookies are small text files that a web server may ask your web browser to store, and to send back to the web server when needed. Cookies may be used to store a transaction identifier or other information a user may provide. You can block or delete our cookies, but doing so will prevent you from using the service to create an account, make a reservation or complete a purchase.
